Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse client population. This position requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practices and a dedication to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT, ACT, SFBT, MBCT, and other relevant modalities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, psychosocial rehabilitation specialists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Provide telemedicine services as required, adhering to PPS guidelines and standards.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and case consultations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience providing therapy in both in-person and telemedicine settings.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Commitment to participate in program and company activities
