Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.50 Hourly

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team This position will be responsible for completing routine repairs and maintenance on WyoTech facilities including technical training buildings, student housing, and general grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial buildings.
• Perform general grounds maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, weed control, etc.
• Work with and/or oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
• Help keep buildings in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

​Qualifications:

• Ability to be on time at work for scheduled shift.
• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, or other related trade.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment including running snow removal equipment, skid steers, scissor lift.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
