Your Role: Leading with Excellence

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Innovation: Champion change and growth within the clinic.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Improve operations and collaborate with fellow leaders.
  • Uplift the Team: Manage and motivate a passionate, dedicated staff.
  • Elevate Client Care: Ensure top-notch service and handle client issues with professionalism.
  • Practice Leadership: Assist with day- to- day practice operations, including inventory, hiring, coaching, and more

Safety and Physical Needs

  • Physical Requirements: Manage a busy clinic environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Your Drive and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a managerial role with strong customer service skills; veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in budget and labor management.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, and basic computer skills.
