Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our team in the Cleburne/Fort Worth market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with supermarket refrigeration systems. As a Refrigeration Technician at Crisp Climate Control, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and HVAC units. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring optimal system performance and energy efficiency for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician, preferably in a supermarket or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
