We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisors to join the St. Johnland team

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Supervising nursing staff
  • Overseeing patient care and direct care responsibilities
  • Ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as state/federal compliance guidelines

Various Shifts Available

Full-time, Part-time, On-call

  • Day Shift: 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Evening Shift: 3:30pm-11:30pm
  • Night Shift: 11:30pm-7:30am

WHAT YOU NEED:
(Requirements/Qualifications)

  • Current NYS RN license 
  • BLS/CPR Certification
  • 2 -3 years of supervisor experience in long-term care facility preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to upholding our mission to provide our residents with quality care
