Our teachers begin at the pre-kindergarten level with a Godly mission and commitment to provide an excellent education to the total student and to help young men and women achieve their highest potential. We desire to help students develop into the best and most productive citizens in every aspect of their lives. We have qualified, trained, and committed faculty and staff who work together to prepare students academically, spiritually, and morally for college and their personal success. We partner with parents to meet the student's needs, i.e., instilling good study habits, self-motivation, confidence, and responsibility to God, community, family, and self.

Word of Faith Christian Teachers create lesson plans and teach those plans to the entire class using the ABEKA curriculum. They work individually with students or in small groups in multigrade classes, track student progress, and present information to parents through parent conferences, written progress reports, and report cards. Teachers ensure that students learn in a safe Christian environment; they also create tests, create and reinforce classroom rules, work with school administration to prepare students for standardized tests, and manage students outside the classroom, such as in school hallways, playground, field trips, special functions, detention, etc.
