Job DescriptionJob Description- Inspecting the Manufacturing Process: You’ll assess the manufacturing process to determine sanitation protocols.
- Designing and Implementing Sanitation Policies: Develop and execute sanitation policies and protocols in line with state health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating and Monitoring Cleaning Schedules: Ensure timely and effective cleaning routines by coordinating and tracking schedules for the sanitation workers.
- Creating Work Schedules: Design and distribute work schedules for the sanitation staff.
- Daily Facility Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of the manufacturing facility, promptly reporting any irregularities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Providing Feedback: Offer feedback to company managers and advise on necessary manufacturing changes.
- Chemical Management: Monitor the preparation and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Training and Workshops: Train sanitation workers and organize refresher workshops for existing staff.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate services with contractors and external cleaning crews.
- Must have food manufacturing environment experience.
