Daily Schedule/Shift:- 3rd shift 11pm-7am

Yes, weekend coverage is expected. 16 hours

Job Summary:

Production support to achieve JPH where assigned

• We make transmissions. Do all the castings and CNC drilling of the holes. We send it over to assembly room where it gets assembled.

• Trouble shooting and working maintenance in skill trades to resolve discrepancies such as down time and examining why the machine broke down and how to prevent it in the future.

• Working with skilled trades that consist of 20 to 30 people.

• Yes, chance for extension.

• Need to have Siemens knowledge.

• Ability to troubleshoot. How they go about it, what did they stuck and what did they do about it.

• Bradley PLC is a bonus.

• Ability to work with others.

• Robotics experience. Fanuc

• General knowledge in CNC experience.

• Requires bachelor electrical engineering or mechatronics degree. Or anything within that spectrum.

• If they do not have bachelors, need to have 10 to 15 years of experience.

Pre – Screen Qualification Sheet Controls Engineer

1.            Candidate must have experience with Siemens. If so, please share where they have experience with Siemens.

2.            Candidates MUST HAVE ability to troubleshoot. If so, how did they go about it, what did they get stuck on and what did they do about it?

3.            Does candidate have general knowledge in CNC experience? If so, please share which previous employment that is applicable.

4.            Does candidate have bachelor electrical engineering or mechatronics degree? If not, they need to have at least 10 years of working controls experience.

5.            Does candidate have robotics experience? If so, please specify where and their role.
