C&C Tee Shirts is looking for a talented, creative, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Screen Printer. This position is responsible for printing screen prints, posters, and other art-related items. Looking for screen printers with at least 1-2 years of experience, who know how to set up and operate a manual and automatic press, and who know basic screen printing.

You will be  work7ng on your feet for a long period of time. You should be able to lift heavy objects, up to 50lbs. An excellent work ethic and a keen eye for details for accuracy and dependability a must.

• Operate machinery in production process, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues as needed.
• Print efficiently on single or multi-colored job prints.
• Read and follow job order instructions using Printavo.
• Assist in shop maintenance duties such as filling inks and supplies, preparation, sweeping, and reclaiming.
• Clean equipment including removing ink from screens, squeegees, press & tools.
• Set up, tear down and run t-shirts and other apparel items on press.
• Clean shop, office, screen printing area and surrounding areas daily.

Job Summary:

Our Patch Sewing Team uses manual sewing machines to affix patches to hats while ensuring proper alignment and quality.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Hours can flex pending workload.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Sewing experience is essential.
Seamless sewing of embroidered, and leather patches onto hats.
Reads and comprehends work orders to ensure patches are accurate to size, color, and placement.
Re-threads sewing machine when changing orders.
Familiar with Industrial sewing equipment
Experience in a production environment is very helpful, but not necessary.
Ability to read and understand measuring tools
Open to helping with other tasks, or learning new techniques.
Maintains a clean, organized and safety conscious work area.

Physical demands:

Sitting for duration of shift. Ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. The ability to see details at close range. Able to make foot/ankle movements to use foot pedal on machine.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
