The LEASING SPECIALIST is the first person our prospective residents meet, so we are looking for outgoing individuals that can make a GREAT first impression If you enjoy helping people find their new home, then come join our team We have two open bilingual Leasing positions in SE Houston.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the multi-family industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish - required
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe preferred
  • Resident Utility Billing experience helpful
