Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a fabricator/welder for doors and frames to join our team You will be required to modify and weld steel doors, and frames. Our fabricators are responsible or completing quality installation while projecting a positive and professional attitude. Additionally, our fabricators are expected to be dependable, punctual, ensure accurate completion of the job, and all corresponding paperwork. Our work is extremely detail oriented and we are looking for skilled individuals who are good with their hands and fluent in using tools such as, tape measures, skill saws, jig saws, drills and other basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

  • Light gauge metal fabrication.
  • MIG welding, experience preferred but we can teach this requirement if other experience is strong.
  • Fabricate shop metal components into functioning openings.
  • Metal Door modification.
  • Wood Door product fabrication.
  • Lifting materials.
  • Will work alongside both the Logistics and Service departments.
  • Ability to do fractional math to 1/16" is a must.
  • Deliver and pick up materials from job site.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean & organized work space.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Familiarity with hand tools, industrial tools and equipment.

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Clean driving record and DMV report.
