IMMEDIATE OPENING for an Attorney to work in our Casa Grande office. Experience in misdemeanor criminal law and municipal law would be helpful, but not required. Responsibilities include supporting the City Prosecutor by assisting in misdemeanor criminal prosecutions, analyzing case files in preparation for arraignments and pre-trials, maintaining professional relationships with victims, witnesses and law enforcement agencies, composing memoranda and pleadings regarding legal issues of concern and attending City court proceedings when necessary. We are a growing firm so there may be opportunities to assist or work in several other practice areas as well. Working as part of a team will be required. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, organizational skills and attention to detail are a significant plus.

JD degree required and candidate must be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. Spanish speaking would be beneficial. Salary commensurate on experience. Generous benefits package included.
