Palmer Group is assisting our client in their search for a Controller. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all of the company's financial activities. This key leadership role requires strong financial knowledge and expertise in various accounting principles. What you will do:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and implement pricing strategies
• Review and adjust prices based on market conditions and costs

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related field
• 7+ years' experience in accounting or finance roles required, in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
