  • Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing Confluent Asset Management’s services and value proposition.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking.
  • Prospecting: Research and qualify potential clients to ensure they meet our target market criteria.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely and effective follow-up with all leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Client Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients.

Qualifications:
