Immigration Attorney

We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team We are a well-established immigration firm (solo practice) with over 30 years experience serving US companies and individuals with immigration needs. Responsibilities: The attorney hired will be responsible for preparing and filing employment-based immigration cases. Below is the job description:
- Conduct due diligence and legal strategies.
- Prepare and finalize immigrant/non-immigrant petitions.
- Research and analyze US case laws.
- Work with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support all client projects.
- Prepare petitions and applications for submission to the Department of Labor (DOL) and the respected United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees.
- Assist the partner in immigration matters.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Juris Doctor degree and passed the bar or will take bar exam.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are required.
- Must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Prior law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
