We are a high-volume plaintiff’s personal injury law firm seeking a full-time plaintiff's personal injury attorney.

The ideal candidate should have between 2-5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense) and must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.

The attorney will:

  • Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Guide clients through the case process
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
  • Manage the release approval process
  • Manage a team comprised of Paralegals and Case Managers
  • Draft pleadings
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Participate in mediations
  • Litigate cases in Magistrate and State Courts

The requirements for this role are:

  • An active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association
  • 2+ years of personal injury experience
  • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit personal injury cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
