Associate Teacher Requirements
  • BA in the sciences, engineering, or related fields
  • Experience working with young students preferred (e.g., summer camps, tutoring, teaching experience)

  • Commitment to strengths-based approach in working with children
  • A growth mindset with an openness to feedback and continuous improvement
