Position Summary: As a Mid Level Litigation Attorney, you will have a significant role in our probate practice, including representing clients in estate disputes and estate-related litigation. This role requires Georgia litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review legal documents related to probate, wills, and trusts.
• Draft discovery-related as well as dispositive briefing, including summary judgment motions and motions to dismiss.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Review documents and manage document productions in response to written discovery requests.
• Represent clients at court hearings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience before Georgia courts.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to expeditiously handle complex legal issues with discretion and integrity.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and independent, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
