Counter Person/Inside Sales Help

Job Description: Mow Better Small Engine Repair is a family owned and operated sales and service shop for lawn equipment.

We are currently searching for a part-time or full-time counter person. This role will be responsible for:

·        Helping customers load and unload equipment

·        Move zero turn and push mowers around storage yard

·        Answer phones

·        Assemble new lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment

·        Use computer to check customers in and out

·        Maintain a clean and safe work area of any equipment before leaving each day

Applicant must also be able to:

·        lift 50 lbs

·        have ability to bend or kneel for prolonged periods of time

·        have the ability to climb over and into heavy equipment several times per day

·        work in weather elements

·        wear any hearing or eye protection as required

·        be exposed to loud noise, dust, gas and fumes

·        operate fork lift, or be able to train to do so

·        Be able to read schematics to look up parts or have mechanical knowledge to be trained to do so

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, pass any required drug tests and pass background check.
