We are seeking a Cleaner (Residential & Commercial) to join our team Must be comfortable providing your own transportation to Denver occasionally, regularly throughout Co Springs and being payed commission/1099 (READ TO BOTTOM)

Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs 
  • Perform routine cleans
  • Organize spaces
  • Housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, etc. 
  • Communicate with customers and collect payments
  • Stay on top of restocking supplies 
  • Washing towels 
  • Driving between jobs (we do NOT provide gas/company car)
  • Maintaining professionalism around customers and in their space

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hotels, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • ability to take direction
  • leadership skills (not required but looking for someone to be a team lead as well)
  • familiar with google calendar
  • have a smart phone
  • ability to drive to Denver if needed

 

PAY & Schedule

We will pay between 20%-30% commission off of each job you complete. (Ex. You did a $600 job that took you 6 hrs. You got 20% commission equaling $120 or $20/hr)


You will be payed as a 1099 contractor. You will be responsible for providing transportation and gas money to and from jobs. 

We provide all supplies and tools, you provide any personal items such as gloves, masks, etc. To prove you read through the whole job description, the answer to the third question is red. 

Schedule: we are looking for a few full time people and can be flexible with scheduling. If you are available part time, we are open to discussing options.
