About the Role: The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for providing supply chain analytical and tactical support at Vantedge Medical’s 7+ site locations. Focus areas for transformational improvement will include purchasing, planning, and S&OP. The Analyst will set and execute an overall process for collection, analysis, management, reporting, and communication of program data and metrics. This position will regularly collaborate with key program stakeholders including representatives from internal VM and external suppliers to advance program priorities. Furthermore, it’s expected that this role use data to make recommendations and speak-up regarding important decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business insights through the collection, analysis, management, and reporting of program metrics
  • Produce regular reports for internal audiences, including executive leadership
  • Communicate across business functions to collect information and support established processes
  • Develop good working relationships with program stakeholders internal and external to the company to ensure acquisition of accurate, relevant, and timely information
  • Maintain and improve program tools including, databases and analytical systems
  • Analyze and track performance data, execute follow-ups and corrective actions as necessary
  • Not only produce reports/data, provide recommendations based on data analyses
  • May conduct demand planning activities until long-term resources identified
  • Strong voice in decision-making and development of planning roadmap
  • Support additional objectives as needed

Requirements / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT/MIS/Business Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience using database systems to manage sets of business information
  • Demonstrated ability to provide business insights using large data sets
  • Experience working in a Supply Chain Management or related business function
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Access, and PowerBI
  • Self-driven, adaptable and resourceful; able to work under limited supervision
  • Experience managing projects with high complexity and a high-volume of data
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
  • Prior Lean experience or certification (Green Belt) preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
