A manufacturing company specializing in sleep products is seeking a dedicated sewing machine operator to join its growing team at its Auburn, Washington, location. The operator will primarily be responsible for closing pillows on the production line, with the flexibility to work in other roles as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Willingness to work an afternoon or 2nd shift, Monday through Friday.
  • Experience operating sewing machines and knowledge of sewing techniques.
  • Ability to identify and repair basic sewing machine faults.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise sewing procedures.
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle materials.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, and depth perception.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to work in an environment with excess noise, with hearing protection provided as needed.
