Description for Martial Arts Instructor:
As a Martial Arts Instructor at Championship Martial Arts, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our members by imparting martial arts skills and life lessons in a safe and supportive environment. Your passion for martial arts and dedication to personal growth will inspire our students to become the best versions of themselves.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels, following our curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to excel both on and off the mat.
  • Provide individualized attention and feedback to students to help them progress in their martial arts journey.
  • Demonstrate techniques and drills, ensuring proper form and safety practices are observed at all times.
  • Lead by example, embodying our core values of accountability, passion, confidence, inspiration, and professionalism.
  • Continuously strive to improve your own skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience practicing martial arts and/or teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong passion for martial arts and a desire to share that passion with others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance teaching skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the values and standards of Championship Martial Arts.

  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to create a positive and motivating atmosphere within the studio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and soliciting feedback from members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings and member experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools for marketing and communication.
