The Branch Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and vendors, setting a positive tone with an upbeat and helpful attitude.  This role involves managing incoming calls, supporting the showroom and parts counter teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.  The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the company.  The ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing honest, high quality customer service.

Essential Functions

• Direct phone calls and greet walk-in customers.
• Help direct customers in the showroom and qualify walk-ins for the salespeople.
• Work with other departments to quickly and efficiently resolve customer service issues as they arise.
• Verify branch daily cash balancing.
• Request and monitor vendor returns.
• Create specification books for Sales Consultants as requested.
• Help keep the reception, showroom and counter areas clean and tidy, and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a Receptionist/Administrative position.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at handling difficult customers with professionalism and understanding.
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Accuracy & attention to detail along with superior organizational skills.
• Highly motivated with a “Can-do” attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
