MOORES AUTOMOTIVE is currently seeking ​ Automotive Technicians to become an integral part of our growing team

 

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
  • Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
  • Inspect and test vehicles for customer concerns
  • Remove and replace tires and perform alignments

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Clean, timely and efficient
  • Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
  • Must have own tools

We offer overtime on a regular basis.   5 day work week.    NO WEEKENDS.

Paid time off offered at hiring.

Uniforms provided.

Pay wage is based on your experience.

Willing to train entry level technicians.

ASE certifications a plus but will reimburse course tests.

Moore’s Automotive first opened for business in 1981. We are a family owned and operated automotive repair center and tire dealer that believes a good name is better than great riches. We treat others the way we would like to be treated. We are located at 1246 Hartford Turnpike in Vernon, CT and faithfully serve customers from Vernon, as well as the surrounding cities including Tolland and Manchester. We are a one-stop full service automotive center, providing vehicle sales and service.
