Professional Towing & Recovery is hiring a Yard Attendant for our Gilbert location
Yard Attendants play an essential role in the function of our business. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual - who is okay working alone - to fill this role.
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe tow yard. This will involve operating a forklift to reposition vehicles, interacting with drivers and assisting with clean up and impound strategy. This position will occasionally interact with customers and needs to provide satisfactory customer service in these instances. Yard Attendant will also be responsible for inventory, towing sheet documentation and filing, as well as reasonable communication with drivers or dispatch team at other locations.
Yard hours are 7:45am-6:00pm.
This role will incur overtime.

Role Responsibilities & Requirements
- Follow all workplace safety rules and promote a safe environment at all times.
Able to maintain a valid driver license throughout employment.
Able to operate a forklift and use the forklift for various operations within the storage facility.
Able to maintain equipment and supply inventory.
Only allow authorized personnel to enter the property that can provide their Government Issued Photo Identification and their Proof of Ownership or other entry authorization documents.
Maintain ground surface that allows safe movement throughout the storage facility, as required in police contracts.
Perform janitorial duties, including picking up debris, trash, and vehicle parts within the fence line and outside the fence line in the customer areas and place into the dumpster.
Other duties as assigned.
