Job DescriptionJob Description

NCW is a direct-hire recruitment firm that partners with General Contractors nationwide as a third party. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in commercial construction to join their team.  You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software (MS Project and some Procore)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Experience in Construction PM in the following areas: ground-up tilt-wall industrial buildings, schools, retail developments, and medical offices
