You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience while adhering to our established processes and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking service for their boats.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and explaining repair options and costs.
  • Follow dealership processes and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service completion.
  • Monitor and manage service workflow to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Well-educated, can speak and type in a manner that properly represents the dealership.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in a  Marine or Auto Dealership or independent shop setting is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
