We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our talented team As an HVAC Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, contributing to the overall success of our company and the satisfaction of our valued customers.


Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment for residential and commercial clients.
Diagnose and identify HVAC equipment malfunctions, recommending appropriate solutions and implementing necessary repairs promptly and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of HVAC systems and prevent potential breakdowns.
Collaborate with clients and provide excellent customer service by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and offering guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
Accurately record all service-related activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent, using the company's digital reporting system.
Comply with safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks, adhering to regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both team members and clients.
Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices, seeking opportunities for continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and project management, to provide technical expertise and support when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 2 year of hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
Technical expertise in servicing a variety of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues accurately and implementing effective solutions.
Knowledge of HVAC industry regulations, safety guidelines, and best practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

At least 2 Years of Experience is required for a Lead Installer Position.

At least 1 years Experience required for the HVAC Installer/Helper Position, Must be able to work in small spaces and at high places at times. Must be able to lift 100 lbs or more at times.

Will provide additional training. Pay is competitive and depending on experience. Opportunities for growth and training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay range: $28 - $35 / hr
