We are seeking a CDA certified PreK Teacher to join our organization This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic and developmentally appropriate Creative Curriculum instruction to infants/toddlers in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
  • Use Teaching Strategies Gold to record observations for children
  • Create a fun and safe learning environment
  • Work cooperatively with co-teachers to ensure high quality early learning experience for children
  • Support established schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students
  • Meet with Parents and support parent participation in programming

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years child care experience
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children and parents
  • Possess a positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
