We are looking for experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Decatur, IL.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields 
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills


Job Duties:

Staff Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of administrative and clinical staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Handle staffing-related matters, including scheduling and performance evaluations.

Fieldwork:

  • Conduct field visits to establish and maintain relationships with potential referral sources.
  • Present our mental health services to prospective referral partners.
  • Gather insights and feedback from field interactions to refine marketing strategies.

Remote Work:

  • Make 60 outbound calls and send 100 emails per day to potential referral sources.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential referral sources, keeping it updated and organized.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with potential referral partners to discuss our services.

Referral Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources.
  • Regularly follow up with existing referral sources to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Gather feedback from referral sources and share insights with the marketing and operations teams.

Practice Operations:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the mental health services.

Manage administrative tasks.

  • Implement and maintain efficient processes to enhance overall practice productivity.

Marketing Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with the goals of the behavioral health practice.
  • Provide input on marketing materials and initiatives to effectively promote our services.

Between individual psychotherapy, medication management, and customized lifestyle changes, patients learn to cope with their diagnosis and overcome it in time. We understand every patient has a different story that brought them to seek our care. As such, treatment plans are entirely individualized for each patient allowing them to experience optimal care.
