Duties/requirements:

  • Board certified in internal medicine or family practice
  • 7 on 7 off schedule, 7A – 7P
  • No procedures or running codes
  • Closed ICU

Compensation and benefits:

  • Compensation is based on productivity (RVU). Average income for physician is $220-250K/year; top quartile is >$280K.
