About Us

Digital Media is a national provider for Multifamily Communities, offering Broadband Internet, Television and Telephone services since 2002. With our focus on multi-dwelling properties, owners and residents have access to advanced telecommunications services upon arrival in their new home. Our continued growth has led us to begin searching for a new member to join our team to service both commercial and multifamily clients.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • As part of the team, you will work to Install, maintain, and repair cable TV and internet systems, and educate customers on products / services.
  • Cable Technicians will be involved with pulling, routing and labeling of cables on community projects.
  • Install support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks, innerduct, and other related structures during installations at multifamily communities.
  • Ensure the system is working correctly during the course of conducting inspections of cable lines.
  • Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication when required,
  • Repair/Replace related equipment to resolve cable issues as needed.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues with television, internet, and phone services.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve basic technical problems using clear and effective communication skills.
  • Juggle multiple projects and tasks with superb accuracy and attention to detail, while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction, by listening to customer needs, providing accurate information, and offering solutions.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills, by responding quickly, efficiently, and creatively to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Self-starter and the ability to work independently.

Cable Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

  • · High school diploma or equivalent
  • · 1+ years of experience professional technician experience preferred but will train interested parties
  • · Familiar with industry tools and equipment
  • · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
  • · Able to work at tall heights and lift 70+ pounds
