Job Summary:

We are seeking a Brand Outreach Coordinator to join our fast growing brand management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the beauty brands we partner with directly. Our Brand Outreach Coordinators are the bridge between our company and theirs, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration on promotions, and overall brand satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned beauty brands, fostering positive and professional relationships.
  • Proactively maintain communication with brand representatives, checking in regularly and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with brands on co-marketing initiatives, including product launches, gift-with-purchase offers, and other promotional campaigns.
  • Manage logistics and execution of agreed-upon promotional activities, ensuring timelines and brand guidelines are met.
  • Track and analyze the performance of brand partnerships, reporting on key metrics like sales and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new beauty brands, identifying potential partnerships that align with our company's goals.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of brand style guides and other internal resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a brand management, marketing, or public relations role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of current trends.
  • Experience working with social media platforms a plus.
  • Existing network of contacts within the beauty industry highly desirable.
