Job Summary:
- Full-time position with benefits as a Registered Radiologic Technologist working in Orthopaedics in our Warner Robins location. Must be confident to work alone as well as able to work in a close team environment. Schedule 1 is Tues 7:30am-7:00pm, Wed 8:00am-5:00pm,Thur 8:00am-5:00pm, Fri 7:30am-7pm. Schedule 2 is Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.
License/Certification:
- Education: Successful completion of a formal Radiology Technology Program
- ARRT Certification
Expectations:
- Performs and assists with radiographic procedures.
- Communicates with physicians as necessary.
- Operates equipment properly and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.
- Maintains appropriate records.
- Provide optimal patient care and customer service.
Physical Requirements:
- May require strenuous physical effort while assisting patients from wheelchairs and stretchers.
- Manipulates equipment appropriately.
- Must have good communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, squat and/or kneel in operating radiographic equipment to obtain needed imaging.
