Fence Estimator

Estimator for our Design/Build department for commercial construction.

                         Landscape / Fence 

 DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solicit and obtain prints /specs of future projects
• Provide a complete take off of projects
• Estimating projects & price comparison
• Understand the submittal process
• Review proposal
• Determine if there are any changes to submittal/addendum
• Shop drawing
• Follow up with estimate

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in landscape/fence commercial industry
• Excellent grasp of the construction industry
• Able to read and understand blue prints
• Salesmanship and customer service
• Good math skills, writing skills, communication skills
• Comprehension of landscape/fence drawings and the execution
• Computer skills Windows 10, Microsoft office, Excel, Bluebeam
• Clean appearance and habits, attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, consistent, friendly, positive outlook
