Looking for a full-time pressure cleaner. Most of our work is performed at restaurants cleaning hood systems in kitchens. A lot of night work after restaurants are closed for the day. Mostly working various times anywhere from 7pm-7am, some jobs are on day shift as well. Schedules are made up the week before, usually 2 days off a week, mostly Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday off. Pay is salary, with gradual raises depending on work performance. Company DescriptionSouthern Touch is a pressure cleaning company that specializes in hood cleanings in restaurants.
We have day shift & night shift crews. We are currently looking for a flexible employee that can work a combination of both shifts. Our day shifts can run from 6am-6pm, just depending on the times of the jobs & the length of time you are at that job. Our night shifts can run from 7pm-7am, same - depending on different job times. Our job times depend on the restaurants' closing times & opening times. Mostly my crews have 2-3 jobs per day depending on the size of the jobs. Schedules are completed by Friday or Saturday of each week for the following week. We are off on Saturdays & Sundays.
Our crews are combined of 4 separate families, which means we all work closely together as one big work family. We've gotten to know each other over the years & work well together. We try to have dinners & outings once a month to maintain that relationship. We are a small business & strive to make our customers happy, and our employees happier Without our employees, we have nothing Our employees are our #1 priority. Happy employees = happy customers
