Join Our Team at Jivetel - Technical Support Specialist

If so, Jivetel is looking for you to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist at our Waterbury, CT office.

  7. Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of home and Small Business Routers/Firewalls and networking concepts.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Jivetel, you will:

  • On-board new customers by understanding their needs and configuring our system accordingly.
  • Process feature requests and changes for customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues.
  • Troubleshoot network and system issues.
  • Own the customer experience and exceed their expectations.
  • Answer incoming support calls and create detailed tickets to track and resolve issues.
  • Perform onsite installation and maintenance of IP telephony and networking equipment.
  • Educate and empower customers to optimize their use of our products.
  • Collaborate with teams to propose improvements and optimize setup and implementation methods.
