Our company provides installation of several trades within the new construction industry, for both single family and multifamily projects. We have 27 locations throughout the southeast. We pride ourselves on quality and strive to offer our customers the highest level of service and products in the industry.
We currently have an opening for a full-time data entry specialist to work in a fast-paced environment. For you to be selected as a candidate, you must have the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and customers via telephone and email. A pleasing personality with strong communication and problem solving skills as well as an individual who is very organized will be the best fit for this position.
As part of our team, you will work to identify our customers needs and exceed their expectations.
An ideal candidate should meet the following:
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A positive, energetic demeanor.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Planning, organizing, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills as related to our operations.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks within a strict deadline.
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and must be able to complete task timely.
- High quality customer service and strong communication skills are a must.
- An ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and an ability to easily learn new software.
- Background Check and Drug Screening required.
- Builder/Construction background a PLUS
Duties:
- Process completed work orders by entering material used and labor.
- Working with our sales reps to obtain pricing.
- Matching purchase orders to completed tickets and reviewing for correct pricing
- Requesting corrected purchase orders if necessary.
- Invoicing daily, trade specific batches.
- Obtain additional purchase orders for extra work.
- Resolve any issues before invoicing work orders.
- Must be able to field phone calls and direct to correct contact.
- Scanning, copying and distributing daily reports.
- All other duties asked by management.
