  • Enters accounts payable vouchers into accounting software system.
  • Matches open accounts payable vouchers to receivers and purchase orders.
  • Assists with daily cash activities and processing weekly checks.
  • Reconciles vendor statements.
  • Performs data entry to Excel and other accounting software systems.
  • Verifies new customer accounts and for credit limit approvals.
  • Communicates with customers to reconcile statements and request past due payments.
  • Research and processes requests for credit/ credit memos
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Follows-up on customer calls and issues.
  • Files accounting records and other items as assigned.
  • Provide additional back-up support as needed.
  • Other duties as requested by Manager.
