Job DescriptionJob Description

We are partnering with one of our world class medical manufacturing suppliers to fill immediate 1st and 2nd shift openings for Medical Assemblers/Laser Operator at their Brooklyn Park/Champlin area location, starting pay is $20.50 for 1st shift and $21 for second shift. These are temp-to-hire positions which makes this an amazing opportunity to start a career with an established industry leader. Top performers will be eligible for perm hire, which includes pay increase and medical and health benefit eligibility.

Medical Assemblers Responsibilities:

· Laser Welding/cutting

· Produce and inspect catheter products at an acceptable quality level.

· Must be able to read and or understand established procedures and specifications.

· Maintain orderly and safe working conditions as well as perform all duties in accordance with established procedures and good manufacturing procedures.

· Responsible for the accuracy of Traceability Forms used during the manufacturing of the products.

· Operate specific equipment as assigned by Department Supervisor per accepted work instructions at acceptable efficiency levels.

· Regularly perform minor set-ups and adjustments of equipment to which assigned, when appropriate training has been completed.

· Able to establish good working relationships with all levels of operations.

· Other assignments as requested.

Medical Assembler Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1-3 years' experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.

· Manufacturing of catheter products a plus.

Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand and interpret instructions and documentation

Previous experience with laser technology is a plus

Pay: $20.50 for 1st shift and $21 for 2nd shift
