This posting is for our Sedona, AZ store locations.

CARINE is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Women’s Fashion Sales Associate for our Downtown Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, and Sedona stores, catering specifically to the needs of mid to mature women. If you have a passion for fashion, excel in providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team. As a Women’s Fashion Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment, delivering personalized service, and elevating each customer’s shopping journey.

Schedule and Hours:
Normal store hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Saturday and 11 am - 6 pm Sundays. The initial schedule for this role is expected to be 2 – 3 days, totaling 15 – 25 hours per week. Schedule flexibility and weekend availability is preferred. Sunday availability is highly desirable.

Duties

· Provide a warm and welcoming environment, always ensuring the best experience for the customer.

· Personalize each customer’s experience with a proactive and intuitive approach focused on their needs.

· Offer exceptional fitting room experiences, providing guidance, suggestions, and capitalizing on upselling opportunities.

· Efficiently and accurately complete sales, returns, and exchanges using Shopify Point of Sale application on iPad while following all cashier procedures.

· Perform all required opening and closing procedures.

· Maintain an attractive and organized store environment ensuring the store is inviting, clean, and tidy.

· Ensure products are stocked on the floor, well-presented, and merchandised to visual standards.

· Organize the stock room, perform stock related tasks, and maintain accurate inventory.

· Complete various tasks including steaming, folding, sorting, sizing, ticketing, packing, unpacking, etc.

· Utilize multi-tasking skills effectively to ensure all tasks are completed without compromising customer service.

· Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times and adhere to a professional retail dress code.

Qualifications

· Previous retail experience in fashion or a related field is desirable.

· Genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of mid to mature clientele’s preferences and needs.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with customers.

· Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while providing exceptional customer service.

· Self-motivated and proactive with a keen eye for detail, demonstrating initiative.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently, requiring minimal direction or supervision.

· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays are preferred. Sunday availability is highly desirable.

· Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to values of inclusivity, respect, and integrity.

· Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, use step ladders, bend, push, pull, and reach.

· Some familiarity using iPads, computers, or point-of sale systems such as Shopify.
