Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations for five restaurants, ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes.
  • Develop and execute menus that delight and excite our guests, catering to various cuisines and dietary preferences.
  • Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as budgetary constraints.
  • Source and select the finest ingredients from local suppliers, emphasizing sustainability and freshness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an Executive Chef or high-level culinary leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of various international cuisines and ability to adapt to evolving food trends.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the culinary team across multiple locations.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple restaurant kitchens efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple restaurants or outlets is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to excellence.

Salary: From $80,000.00 per year
