Responsibilities
• Other skills will be well-organized, detail-focused, and passionate about patient care
• Answering phone calls, checking messages/emails and returning them promptly
• Greet patients by gathering relevant financial insurance documentation
• Assist patients with completing paperwork as necessary
• Perform confirmation calls for upcoming appointments
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and waiting room
• Collecting patient payments and posting them to the patient's account
• Understand and adhere to HIPPA and OSHA regulations
