First Impression – Raleigh’s premier luxury real estate photography and video agency – is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious full-time photographer. The candidate will report directly to the owner and be responsible for capturing the highest quality interior and exterior photographs, drone images, video, Matterport and more. First Impression is at the forefront of real estate photography in terms of its innovativeness, quality and customer service, creating salient media for the most valued properties in the Raleigh-Durham region. About the position

The ideal candidate is educated, trained and experienced in real estate photography, video and editing, and is excited to build their career with the fastest growing provider in North Carolina. You will be expected to work 40 hours/week traveling to locations in and around Raleigh-Durham and beyond.

As an elite real estate photographer with First Impression, you will:

·        Meet the demanding expectations of the industry’s most accomplished realtors

·        Capture exceptional still photography, video, Matterport virtual tour and drone imagery on for elite residential properties.

·        Use Adobe software and advanced technology to create exceptional media experiences.

·        Ensure the best deliverables on the best timelines to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

·        Continue to build your professional skills under the direction of the owner.

Requirements

·        Quickly master First Impression’s industry-unique processes.

·        Exceptional skills and experience creating high quality real estate photos, 3D tours, videos and drone photography.

·        Professional quality camera and cell phone.

·        Computer and Adobe software.

·        Ability to obtain and maintain a FAA Part 107 drone license and operate a drone in a safe manner and in accordance with FAA regulations.

·        Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for business transportation.

·        Access to reliable internet upload speeds. You will be uploading media every day.

Qualifications

·        Education, training and experience capturing high quality images (preferably in Real Estate photography)

·        Excellent customer service and professional business communication skills (in-person, email and telephone)

·        Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can efficiently achieve the highest quality standards.

·        A punctual professional who arrives at scheduled times, completes assignments quickly and meets deadlines.

·        A team player who also has the ability to work independently.

·        Fast-learner.

Job Type: Full-time Contract

Salary: $35-50,000 commensurate with experience 

Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

Education: High school, college or equivalent (required)

Experience: Adobe Photoshop proficient (required)
