Job DescriptionJob Description

Job description:

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. The Production Worker will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Shift:

  • 2nd and 3rd shift available
  • Must be open to work any shift
  • Must be open to work on weekends and overtime

Duties:

  • Produces cores of all sizes according to schedule that meet quality standards.
  • Stamp date code on each core.
  • Change wire if needed with right size of wire according to company procedure.
  • Tape the end of every core to cover the end of wire.
  • Make and tape tags with accurate number of pieces on each box of cores.
  • Complete the machine and daily production reports accurately.
  • Crush a 25-foot piece of core to approximately a 1 foot with both hands.
  • Housekeeping and machine maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to use mechanical knowledge to operate machinery effectively.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and potentially forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail to fabricate and assemble products accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
