Responsibilities include:

  • Detail-oriented with strong research abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset to handle various tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry.
  • Answer incoming calls from truck drivers and enter relevant information into the system.
  • Daily communication with drivers and customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders.


What you need to succeed:

  • Customer service representative (CSR) skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Pleasant personality to handle incoming calls from trucks.
