We are seeking a Baker to join our team As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking cupcakes and cakes. Your expertise in the culinary arts and passion for creating delectable treats will contribute to our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake cupcakes, cakes

  • Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients

  • Monitor baking process to achieve desired results

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

  • Strong work ethic

  • Dependable, positive attitude

  • Willingness to follow directions outweigh experience

  • Ability to problem solve and perform consistently

  • Must be well-organized and able to work at a fast pace

  • Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

  • Previous experience as a Baker in a restaurant or food industry setting is a plus but not required, we will train the right candidate
