We are growing and looking for the right fit to grow with us Would prefer at least 6 months of hands-on experience. 1099 Contractor. 2-7 shifts are available for this position. Location is central, just south of Zilker Park. Easy access from Mopac and Bee Caves.

PAY:

40% commission on the rate of the service. Gratuity is 100% the therapist’s (Typically 20-25%).

SUPPLIES PROVIDED FOR SERVICES:

  • Sheet sets
  • Foot towels
  • Hot packs
  • Towel warmer
  • Treatment table
  • Essential oils
  • Muscle Balm

SCHEDULING:

Booking software is integrated with intake forms and SOAP notes for easy record keeping and TDLR compliance. Customized add-on options are included in intake paperwork, to allow for an increase in service price. Each practitioner is responsible for confirming with clients prior to visit that they have completed the forms to properly prepare the room. Automatic credit card requirement for online booking to ensure payment is on file in the case of a no show. .

CANCELATION POLICY:

Clients must provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation or subject to a 100% charge. If client is SICK, we allow 12 hour notice for a 50% charge. We do our best to uphold this policy as we value your time. We do consider circumstances and make exceptions on a case by case basis to ensure excellent customer service. This is determined by the owner of the business.

TRAINING:

In person training provided for all service add-ons with the owner. Standard menu descriptions must be upheld such as offering heat packs, essential oils, muscle balm. We are open to adding modalities you specialize in to the menu and you may use your own techniques.

TAKING PAYMENT & SCHEDULING:

Transactions are run through The Hidden Jewel Studio Square POS. You would be responsible for collecting payment and scheduling the client for their next visit. This process will be trained to ensure excellent customer service is provided and you feel confident in selling yourself. There may be a receptionist present on some of your shifts, but not guaranteed. Must feel confident in using the technology to complete checkout and schedule appointments. There is a 30 minute (consult/cleanup/ checkout time to allow for this) on most appointments. 15 minutes for chair massage services.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

Some weekend availability is desirable. Looking to fill the following days & times. Open to discussion:

  • 3:30pm - 7:30/8:30pm Monday / Tuesday/ Wednesday / Thursday
  • 10am - 6pm or 3:30pm - 7:30pm/8:30pm Fridays
  • 10am - 6pm Saturdays (could be every other or every weekend)
  • 11am - 3pm Sundays

***Can be on-call when not scheduled. You reserve the right to block your calendar when needed. When onsite, there's a possibility for last minute massage referrals from acupuncture and facial clients as well.
