Resident Manager

The Resident Manager is responsible for providing the community clients and team members with top tier customer service and excellence in management. The Resident Manager can demonstrate leadership and create trust with the owners and residents, as well as contractors and service providing vendors. The Resident Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. They are a natural communicator with great negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
Ideal candidate should have a strong emphasis of professionalism and top-notch customer service. Their ability to prioritize and multitask is recognizable, along with their ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Strong communicators are preferred as they will be a key contact with current and future residents, vendors and corporate. Ideal for those returning to the workforce.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in resident management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Phone etiquette—directing calls and/or answering questions
• Providing excellent customer service to current and future residents while adhering to company policy.
• Showing homes to potential residents.
• Helping residents sign leases and other documents
• Office organization and up-to-date tenant files.
• Delivering notices to tenants and/or post violations.
• Take payments, make deposits, and other money handling.
• Assisting with community events.
• Completing assigned tasks and projects on time.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Reliably maintain general office hours between 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge—Google, Apple and Office 365.
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Pass observed preemployment drug screen and criminal background
• References.
• Understanding of property management
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Tech savvy with computer programs and phone applications.
Compensation
• $3,900 monthly salary – paid semi monthly
• Bonus based on parks performance
• $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
• Paid vacation and sick time
• On-site housing
